Service Description

Initial Consult - $90 Follow Up Session - $75 For horses of any age or ailments An osteopath uses gentle manipulations, stretches, and massage to help alleviate pain and reduce inflammation. This keeps the musculoskeletal system healthy and in check. I'm sorry, but I cannot treat horses that have poor ground manners and/or issues with their feet being handled/touched—this is stressful for the horse and a safety hazard for me. The first visit consists of Gait Analysis, Pet History, Palpation, and a discussion of treatment (it usually takes about 1 hour). You receive a full write-up that you can share with your vet or equine chiropractor. I will also include owners stretches & exercises you can do with your horse. Subsequent visits are: OAB or Functional techniques/soft tissue based on potential issues your horse may have (approx. 30-45 mins) Patients are accepted in Calgary and the Surrounding areas, Cochrane, Airdrie, and Bragg Creek. A Traveling fee will apply if the patient is outside these areas. *current clients from pre Sept 30th, 2024 are offered discounts*
